“We are so proud of and for our HISD kids, families, and staff,” said a post on the district’s social media. “Our kids and schools are so much more than a score; however, this is a report that we must pay close attention to. We have identified some academic areas where we plan to focus our intentions, and together with the best staff, parents, campus administration, and business office in the state, we plan to improve upon these already outstanding scores.”
